This is the Corgi Model Club issue with silver grille and bumpers. It is as new and from my own collection. 

Complete with all original packing and certificate.

The sheet of registration numbers has not been applied and this, together with a lapel badge and instructions are in the leaflet contained in the base. I think there is also a spare baddie in there too. It is, however, so easy to damage the tabs that I have not looked.
