The Whizzwheels edition of the Mini Marcos was not around for long and provides us with two of the scarcest Corgis from the era. There is the blue edition that was supplied a few Transporter Sets and a creamy white edition that is very hard to find.
That is quite distinct from this (also quite hard to find!) white competition edition. This is a purer white and has decals on the roof, doors and bonnet. There are two variations of the decals too! One has the 'flag' with the blue line at the top and, I think, the stripes are similarly reversed. (I need to check that).
This is a nice example of the one Whizzwheels 305 that you are likely to encounter with the blue band at the top. There are a few very small chips to the paintwork and slight wear to the roof stripe decal but the windows are clean and clear and it is very clean inside and out. The wheels are bright and there is some suspension all round, not that these models had a lot in the first place.
These models usually do not survive well so this is a good find.
