This odd little car has a couple of variations that are possibly two of the rarest Corgis from this era. As well as the super-rare blue edition that appeared in some Gift Set 20 Transporter sets this cream-white edition was issued but in extremely low numbers.
The colour is similar to the purer white finish of the main Whizzwheels issue, although even that is not at all common! That edition, of course, also features stickers for stripes on the roof and bonnet and doors with racing number 7 stickers too. This was not issued with any decorations at all.
This example is the first I have seen in several years of preparing my catalogue and is like new in its original box. The box itself is firm and solid but has slight signs of wear on the front surface and a hole in the cellophane. It is otherwise complete and attractive with no other markings.
This may even be a production sample as it has detailing on the side vents and fuel cap, silver highlighting the front fog lamps and red rear lights which do not appear on the other editions.
This is not a cheap item. I make no apologies for the price as this may well be the only one shown on the market at this time.
