Here is a lovely example of one of the first models from the 1956 launch. It is the less common TR2 in cream with red seats.
The paintwork is very good apart from a few chips that do tend to show more on this colour. It has, however, not been touched in like so many these days.
The screen looks like a replacement as is the steering wheel. the wheels are in good condition but there is some rust appearing on the tin base now. I should expect that some careful cleaning would remove that and, all in all, this is a good example that displays well from 66 years ago!
