This is a lovely example of the more common #270 model, with the gold bumpers grille and round section near the exhaust on the base, available from 1969 to 1975.
The paintwork is excellent, apart from the marks you can see near the front wheel arch and minor marks on the bonnet. You can tell this hasn't been played with very much, especially with the very clean base and little wear to the tyres. One reason may have been that the ejector seat mechanism is not working. The front guns and rear shield work fine, though, as do the revolving number plates and rear tyre slashers.
The revolving number plates require new plates. These are available at very modest prices and I can supply them separately on request. Similarly, there is no baddie included with this one but I can supply one separately if required, A set of plates + baddie total £5 + postage.
The suspension is better than many of these models have but soft on one front wheel. The car sits evenly, however, and, remarkably, the roof lies flat, not slightly raised as so many do.
So this is something that looks super on display and, quite frankly, if you don't need to play with the ejector seat, then it is better than many available at far higher prices.
