This is the very first model of an American motor from Corgi, issued in 1958. This example is in excellent condition with good original blue and silver paint. There has been some repair to the gold painted wing panels and whoever did that could not resist adding a tiny gold spot to the emblem on the radiator grille!
They have also added red and amber to the tail lights - incorrect but nicely done so I have not attempted to remove it.
The windows are clean and clear. All of these early 211 models had smooth fixed wheels and these are in good condition and I believe they will have original tyres. the tyres may well be hard now but they appear to be intact and have not cracked so I have left them as they are.
The model has been played with but is a nice example from the very early days.
