This is a lovely example of the truck issued in 1965 which is quite hard to find now in such good condition.
This has the horns in place and not bent, although they could do with a polish which I may do before it is sold. The side mirror on the driver's side is present and undamaged, as are the ladders and exhaust pieces attached to the cab. If I can find another mirror I will fit one but in the meantime it is sold as it stands. The wheels are all good with correct original tyres and the paintwork is excellent, with really no marks that I can see at all, not even in the usual places like the cab roof or corners. It has been so well looked after.
The silver plastic doors are excellent on both sides with no fading and the text clear and original. The cab windows are very clean and clear and the cab itself lifts up to reveal a detailed engine with a rotating fan.
The silver paint on the cab is very nice, and the trailer red and blue finish is untouched. The trailer also has a very good silver section on the roof with none of the usual fading or wear.
