Late models of the Machinery Carrier were fitted with cast wheels to the cab and also to the Carrier section with a black removable axle unit. Although it is possible that some were issued in 1131 boxes it is believed that the vast majority, if not all, derive from the Gift Set 27 where the Priestman Shovel was added to the Carrier. This set stayed in production longer and would have received the cast wheels towards the end of production.
Sets are known with the cab having cast wheels and teh rear axles normal shaped wheels too.
This is just the bright blue cab with cast wheels. Whilst there is some wear to the paintwork, the windows are all good, clean and free from scratches and the two mirrors have survived too, even retaining the small pieces of reflective paper.
