There are some distinct variations amongst the Land Rovers. As well as the two shades, dark green and deep blue-green, you need to look at the opening device at the left and right edges of the screen. This one has an 'h' shape as opposed to a triangle shape and is more vertical a form. This also has the rare red interior.
This example also has a 'frame' around the glazing in the rear window which means it is one of the very first issues of the 438 model.
This is in very good condition with nice paintwork and clean and clear windows. It has just a few chips on the roof bars and corners. The bumper is also good (it usually gets bent) and the hook is in place. The base is very clean and fresh and this is a good model for your collection if you do not have this variation. Wheels, suspension and tyres are all fine. It also has an original cream canopy.
