Here is a stunning Corgi from the late Whizzwheels era. It seems to have escaped the ubiquitous pepperpot or buttons type and has the much more attractive 'chrome' variety. This model is also seen with a more spoked type which is also attractive.
The Citroen SM was issued in this wonderful colour as well as a metallic pale magenta or reddish purple, dark lilac shade. It is very well featured, with chrome bumpers and side window surrounds. The doors open to reveal a clean and bright interior with sliding front seats. The rear hatch also opens as does the parcel shelf to show a good-sized boot.
The windows are really clean and unmarked and the suspension is sound. There is a very minor rub to the roof but otherwise the car is excellent and a very fine example. Hard to find these days in this condition.
