Here is a nice example of the second issue of the 220SE. This lacks the expensive steering mechanism but has a lovely colour instead - and also gets a suitcase added to the boot, missing in this instance but the spare wheel is present.
There is a slight difference to the casting too, with this one having a quarter light pillar and a curved edge to the boot at the hinged side instead of being straight as before.
The emblem is in place and the paintwork very good, just showing small marks from playwear. The windows are all clean and clear and the suspension and tyres excellent.
