This is the Fiat 1700 in two-tone blue with fixed shaped wheels. It has obviously been played with a lot over the 60+ years but the windows have remained intact and undamaged and the suspension is sound all around.
It is too good to break for restoration but someone may be able to give this a good home.
Very reasonably priced.
