The price for a set in an original box is quite extraordinary, regularly achieving around £1500 as and when they appear, even with less than mint models inside! This is much less expensive because the models are worn and the box is a reproduction - but on display it is still quite presentable as you can see.
The Mini is hard to find these days but this one still has its correct original transfers with good replacement RN decals on the doors. This is has been played with but the jewels and sump guard are in place and the windows are clean and clear of cracks.
The Rover is an excellent example - a beautiful model with only very minor flaws that are not at all easy to spot. all totally original.
The Citroen is almost impossible to track down now with an original and undamaged aerial unless you are prepared to pay very high sums indeed. This one, however, does have the original aerial but the paintwork is worn and varnish has been applied in places.
If you have a space where this set should be displayed then this is a very good opportunity to get one that does have original Corgis, at a very reasonable price.
The box is a fairly good reproduction, maybe with slightly thicker card for the outer but it does display the models well and is clean and, from a distance, just like the real thing. the inner tray is particularly good.
At the time of listing I have several variations of models for this set, varying from new re-issues or reproductions to all original.
