The Corgi Classics models of 1965/6 were rather unloved and, apart from a couple of Bentleys with Steed and Jeeves behind the wheel, make only very modest prices. Even a superb, mint model like this one, in an original box with an original leaflet is only £30.
You will find them even cheaper but not with bright gold wheels like this one. You need also to be careful to ensure the radiator emblem is undamaged and the plastic body is very susceptible to damage, especially around the top rails.
If you'd like one of these, though, then this must be about as good a chance as you'll get to acquire something as nice.
Strangely, it seems that the 1985 version of this, produced from the same casting and almost indistinguishable (apart from the non-jewelled lights) is harder to find and fetching higher prices these days.
