Here is a lovely model - the Austin Mini Countryman finished in light green with yellow interior and a chrome roof rack, opening doors and the back and jewelled headlamps.
It in box would have been a surfer boy an two surf boards. I am looking for these items and will supply them in due course but, at this stage, the model is sold as it stands.
The paintwork looks near mint with no obvious chips that I can see at all. The chrome roof rack can be vulnerable to cracks or breakage but this one is excellent and no chrome is missing either. The aerial is original and intact too, which is quite unusual, although it is slightly bent.
The wheels are bright and shiny and tyres original. Excellent suspension too. All in all, a super example of this popular model. It is the usually more common edition with a petrol filler on the nearside wing but this particular one has a MINI VAN base instead of the AUSTIN MINI COUNTRYMAN base which it should have. So this is a very scarce model indeed.
