This is a good example of the first type of Triumph Herald issued. This can be distinguished by a different casting for the opening bonnet and radiator section and the free spinning but smooth wheels fitted.

In blue and white this is quite a sought-after edition, almost all  in this finish having shaped wheels, and this is in pretty good condition. The paintwork is all original but has signs of playwear, wear to raised edges, some marks to the roof and a chip on one rear wing.

The bonnet opens and closes smoothly and stays in line with the bodywork and the plastic 'air filter' is original and still present.

Suspension as with most of these models is excellent. The screens are clear and clean and the base good. The tyres and wheels are all good and undamaged.

There really are very few of this particular variation to be found - hence the high price.
