A superb example of this wonderful model. It is the last issue but one without Whizzwheels and marks the end of an era at Corgi. The paintwork is just stunning, with some special technique used to produce an almost liquid red or green appearance.
This one is pretty close to mint. The windows are crisp and clean and the chrome is excellent.
The two targa top pieces are present. The Golden Jacks system works as it should for the four wheels which are all original fittings and in the correct style and the jacks themselves are gold-coloured indicating one of the early editions as later models were plain steel. Often you may find this model with the wrong, more common, Camaro / Hillman Hunter wheels.
With firm suspension, this is one of the best that I have seen.
