This is a superb model, produced only for a short period in 1970, at the very peak of the Corgi era in my view. It has the most fabulous paintwork, although this one has some signs of being played with, and has had a touch-in to the matt black paint on the bonnet.
The wheels are the correct type - often people change them around on these 'Golden Jacks' models - and are clean and original with good original tyres too.
The windows are clean and clear and, importantly, the two plastic targa roof sections are present and clean. These often are missing and seem to be easily lost, with no-one that I know making replacements.
The base is immaculate and the Golden Jacks work as they should. The decals front and rear are intact and the four jewels are present both at the front and rear. the interior is clean and bright and the steering wheel has not suffered from any tarnishing, remaining bright. A nice example, a little more expensive because it has the roof elements. I am think about swapping those to another scarce model but, for now, it is available as it stands.
